To become the most leader of all to our members and to all the people who we are dealing with. But what can we do to gain an energy to be a leader to our clubbers our groups and sustain them energy to focus on their study's as on the future?
                                  Leadership is one of the best way to have our communication in other members of our group. Being strong to fight the challenges that we have to face, for not to be shy and to be afraid. We have to be confident so that our members would see our efforts in finding the way for a successful man and woman someday. To be a good model and to face with no consciousness and other problems within us.
